Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service
24-hour cancellation notice required
No-shows are charged 50% of the service
Children are welcome but must be supervised
Please silence your phone during services
We are a fragrance-sensitive environment
Gratuity is not included and always appreciated
