For clients coming to MaxxCole Salon & Skin Spa for the first time, a credit card is required to schedule your appointment. No charges will be placed on the card, however, if you no-show the appointment or cancel day-of, 100% of the service fee will be assessed to the card on file.

Product returns within 21 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt will receive a full refund. Returns after 21 days  to 30 days accompanied by a receipt are for store credit only.  Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.  Makeup, nail products, candles, jewelry and boutique items are not returnable. Gift cards and services rendered are nonrefundable.  

 We do not offer services for children under age 12. Our teen haircut is for those age 13-17 and starts at $25.

For skin treatments and massage for those under age 18, a parent must be present in the room during the service.

  Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and our undivided attention. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your salon or spa appointment. Should you arrive after your scheduled time, please understand that we may not be able to provide your full service. Feel free to come early and enjoy our complimentary wine, coffee, tea & snack bar.

 Gratuities cannot be applied to credit card payments. A gift of cash or check can be given directly to your service provider. Our team also uses pay apps like Venmo and Paypal.  Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.  Feel free to ask your stylist their preferred method of gratuity.

MaxxCole Salon & Spa gift cards can be applied to any service or product we offer. 

The full value of this card is available for 1 year from purchase date. After 1 year, the value of this card reduces by 10% each year following. After 5 years of date of purchase, this card does not have any value. 

So that all guests can relax while visiting us...  if you must make a call, please speak softly. Phones should be turned off while in the Skin Spa area. 

 MaxxCole is pleased to host group events. Many events including birthday parties, bridal parties and social gatherings can be organized for your group. Please reserve your date as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired services. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date.
